Job Role: 

  1. Not your typical sales role responsible for selling and managing your book of business
  2. Northeast Territory (Boston, New York, Philadelphia or other cities in northeast for consideration) We are open to other territories as well!
  3. Trailblazing and leading the way to coach independent sales reps and dealers to spec our products and shed light on projects
  4. Responsible for strategic planning and influencing of a plan 6 to 18 months out
  5. Driven to hit growth expectations
  6. As the Regional Sales Manager for Health Care Segment, you will lead sales efforts with our growing HealthCare segment
  7. Partner with you reps in the field on strategic customer visits
  8. Interfacing with distribution channels (Cardinal Health, Medline, Etc)
  9. Add new or existing projects into CRM system and support field activity to evaluate and develop the opportunities
  10. Attend trade shows as needed
  11. Independently prioritize your work schedules, which would include a variety of work assignments to ensure the attaining of the short-and-long term sales goals for volume and profitability
  12. Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
  13. Provide product demos to qualified customers on request
  14. Project Management on new construction projects
  15. Maintain Regional Sales Pipelines and incorporate those into the overall Medical Sales Pipeline
  16. The Regional Sales Manager/New Business Development for Health Care Segment will open IDN contract discussions for large projects and interface with senior leaders within those organizations
